  • Product description

Machining parts is the process of cutting, grinding, turning, milling, drilling, and other machining of raw materials through various machine tools to achieve predetermined dimensions, shapes, and surface quality requirements.

1、 Preprocessing

Before entering the component machining process, it is necessary to preprocess the raw materials. The purpose of pretreatment is to remove the oxide scale and rust on the surface of raw materials, remove impurities, and adjust the size. The main pre-treatment processes include cutting, sawing, deburring, and polishing.

2、 Rough machining

Rough machining is the process of processing raw materials into basic shapes. Including processes such as milling, turning, and drilling. At this stage, the main objective is to achieve the basic dimensions, shape, and contour of the part design.

3、 Precision machining

Precision machining is the process of machining on the basis of rough machining to achieve precision and surface quality requirements. The main processing techniques include grinding, polishing, etc. Precision machining needs to be completed on high machine tools, usually requiring precision control within a few micrometers.

4、 Assembly

After completing the machining of the parts, they need to be assembled and used in conjunction with other components. The assembly process needs to be carried out in a clean environment to confirm the accuracy and quality of the assembly.

5、 Inspection

Inspection is the process of examining the dimensions, shape, surface quality, and materials of components, and grading them accordingly. The purpose of inspection is to confirm that the components meet the design requirements and determine whether they can be used for the next step.

6、 Surface treatment

If necessary, surface treatment may also be required for the inner and outer surfaces of the components. The methods of surface treatment include electroplating, chemical plating, spraying, thermal spraying, and other methods to improve the performance of components.
